You get access to first-class accommodation for a fraction of the cost of a traditional holiday home. Plus, you have the option to rent out your weeks when you can't be there, giving you maximum flexibility and return on your investment.
Each apartment has 10 shares so you can enjoy the comfort of your own holiday home for 5 weeks a year, while sharing costs and maintenance with other owners. 2 weeks per apartment per year are set aside for cleaning the apartment, which is included in the fee. With a rolling schedule that shifts by one week each year, you can spread out your stays and enjoy different seasons.

Ranging from 39 to 79 square metres and offering 2-3 bedrooms and kitchens, our apartments are thought out to the smallest detail. Interiors are light and airy in a Scandinavian style with darker accents providing an elegant contrast.
